👩‍💻 + Airtable + No Code (Make)

When I was running my 3D printing decoration business WOKUZAI, I needed to do a lot of posting on social media.

It takes a lot of time (especially when you want to post on multiple platforms), and I had a lot of other things to do! So, as a good optimizer, I decided to batch-prepare the posts and then get them automatically posted every day.

🎉 What used to be a daily grind turned into a one-day-per-month task!

I wanted to automatically post on Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, LinkedIn, and Shopify blogs.

The master workflow

I created the master workflow in make.com:

once per month, I prepared all my visuals and captions using Canva and scheduled them in Airtable
every day, the workflow automatically posted on all the platforms for me. I didn't even have to be connected to the internet that day (I could be hiking in Nepal for instance), and my posts would be posted as planned.

I set up my Airtable structure and make.com workflow carefully for clarity and completeness.

It became really easy and really fast to prepare the posts.

It also allowed me to easily reuse material across different platforms, which is also a huge time-saver.

Here is the part that handled LinkedIn and Youtube

I created the system so that it is agnostic in terms of the specifics of the social media account or business.

Therefore, I can reuse these workflows for any social media needs that I have. It has proven a huge time-saver and I expect that it will keep being so.
