White beans are rich in fiber and protein. They are so-called "slow-release" carbs, meaning that they are processed slowly and release energy over time. Practically speaking, you feel more sustained energy over time versus having a peak of energy followed by a crash.
Cauliflower is also a superstar! It is packed with vitamins C and K, and rich in antioxidants that help fight cell damage and inflammation. It promotes digestive health due to its high fiber content and contains choline, which is vital for brain function and nervous system health.
