Holy moly! I am looking at job boards regularly, and wow! What a mess.
👉 AI-applicant meets AI-recruiter 🎭, and the truth is muddled.
Don’t get me wrong: AI is a great tool and I love it! And, in the context of job search and recruiting, it makes a lot of sense:
for applicants to use AI to polish their resume to go through ATS
for recruiters to use it to screen for the best possible candidates
But it also makes it harder, blurry and noisy for everyone involved.
So, what is one to do with AI when it is both a blessing and a curse? After consideration, I decided that I would also use AI in my quest for the perfect match, but differently.
